Senior Accountant, 90K-95K (Hybrid)

LHH is partnering with a manufacturing company based in Dallas, TX, seeking a Senior Accountant. We're looking for someone experienced in financial reporting, inventory/cost accounting, and collaborating with auditors. This in office, full-time position prioritizes work-life balance and values employee satisfaction. Compensation ranges from 90K-95K annually. Responsibilities • Assist in month-end closing and support external audits. • Prepare lending compliance documentation and conduct cost analysis. • Design cost accounting systems and generate Sales/Gross margin reports. • Forecast cost-related changes and manage databases for cost information. • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements following GAAP. • Manage inventory-related accounts and handle journal entries. • Analyze inventory accounts and support budgeting/forecasting. • Develop/implement inventory control procedures and conduct counts. • Monitor inventory levels, collaborate with teams, and ensure GAAP compliance. • Enhance inventory management systems and streamline procedures. • Participate in department-wide process improvement initiatives.
