This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Affiliate Growth Manager in United States.

In this role, you will lead the expansion of affiliate and creator-driven growth for TikTok Shop across high-demand lifestyle categories such as Home, Kitchen, Bedding, and Apparel. You will be responsible for building and scaling creator ecosystems that directly influence revenue performance through social commerce. Acting as both a relationship builder and growth strategist, you will recruit top-performing creators, manage influencer partnerships, and optimize affiliate campaigns at scale. You will also play a key role in shaping live commerce initiatives, product seeding strategies, and creator communities. Working fully remotely, you will collaborate cross-functionally to maximize performance across creator-led channels in a fast-evolving digital commerce environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate creators and influencer partnerships across TikTok Shop ecosystems
  • Build and scale long-term creator relationships through outreach, collaboration programs, and performance optimization
  • Design and manage affiliate campaigns, including briefs, commission structures, and product sampling strategies
  • Coordinate creator content production and support live commerce initiatives to drive engagement and conversions
  • Manage and grow creator communities using platforms such as Discord or equivalent communication tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing affiliate programs
  • Track, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance metrics to maximize revenue outcomes
  • Benchmark competitor activity and market trends to improve program effectiveness and innovation
  • Requirements:

    • Proven experience in TikTok Shop affiliate management, creator partnerships, or social commerce growth roles
    • Strong background working with brands or agencies in categories such as Home, Kitchen, Bedding, or Apparel (preferred)
    • Deep understanding of affiliate ecosystems, influencer marketing, and creator recruitment strategies
    • Experience managing large-scale creator communities and long-term influencer relationships
    • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance-driven growth and revenue impact
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
    • Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth digital commerce environments
    • Familiarity with live commerce, social selling trends, and creator-led marketing strategies is highly desirable
