Team: Project Management

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Agile Lead based in the United States.

This role plays a key leadership function in enabling the successful delivery of complex, cloud-based healthcare technology solutions that improve data interoperability and outcomes at scale. You will act as a facilitator, coach, and change agent, ensuring agile practices are embedded across cross-functional technical teams.
The position is central to driving alignment between product, engineering, cloud services, and implementation teams in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment.
You will help teams optimize delivery flow, improve predictability, and remove systemic blockers that impact execution.
A strong focus is placed on continuous improvement, value delivery, and sustainable planning practices that support long-term scalability.
In this role, you will also support organizational maturity in agile ways of working through coaching, training, and hands-on facilitation.

Accountabilities:

  • Facilitate and champion agile frameworks, methodologies, and practices across cross-functional technical delivery teams.
  • Support the evolution of scalable and repeatable delivery frameworks that improve consistency and efficiency across implementations.
  • Coach teams and leaders on agile principles, continuous improvement, and lean value delivery practices.
  • Support roadmap alignment, initiative breakdown, and cross-team planning for cloud and software implementation programs.
  • Facilitate synchronization across multiple teams, ensuring alignment between Cloud Services, Development, and Implementation functions.
  • Promote flow optimization by identifying bottlenecks, reducing delays, and improving dependency management across delivery streams.
  • Guide capacity planning and sustainable delivery practices to support predictable execution and workload balance.
  • Proactively identify and remove delivery impediments to maintain momentum and productivity.
  • Lead agile education initiatives including workshops, training sessions, and ongoing coaching across the organization.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of time, including utilization of project management tools and compliance with internal reporting standards.
  • Uphold privacy, security, and confidentiality standards across all delivery processes.
  • Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles within software development or technical implementation environments.
    • Active agile certification such as CSM, A-CSM, PSM, or equivalent.
    • Proven experience facilitating cross-functional technical teams in cloud, platform, or enterprise software delivery.
    • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Experience working in complex, multi-team environments with dependency management and scaled delivery challenges.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
    • Demonstrated coaching ability with experience driving agile maturity and mindset adoption across teams.
    • Experience in healthcare technology or interoperability domains (FHIR, EHR systems, clinical integration) is a strong plus.
    • Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
    • Ability to drive alignment, manage ambiguity, and support continuous improvement initiatives at scale.
