Where You'll Come In

As a Senior AI/ML Engineer at Tensure, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing state-of-the-art machine learning solutions, including leveraging Google Cloud's Vertex AI platform. You will be expected to have a keen interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and staying current with the latest developments in a rapidly changing field. Your duties will include collecting and analyzing data sets to identify patterns and develop predictive algorithmic models. You will have the chance to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of AI and ML. We are seeking a dedicated artificial intelligence engineer to join our growing company. 


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and solutions using Google Cloud's Vertex AI.
  • Design and develop AI models to meet project requirements
  • Collaborate with data scientists and other engineers to understand project requirements and develop custom machine learning pipelines.
  • Implement and optimize data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model training processes.
  • Explore and experiment with various machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks to achieve superior model performance.
  • Evaluate and fine-tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring they are robust, reliable, and up-to-date.
  • Work on data integration, data transformation, and data quality tasks to support machine learning initiatives.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest AI/ML trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and understand their unique data-related challenges and requirements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities of data solutions, highlighting how they can solve specific customer problems.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members and actively participate in knowledge sharing sessions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Cloud technologies experience such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Proven experience as an AI/ML Engineer with a strong focus on Google Cloud's Vertex AI.
  • Proficiency in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
  • Solid understanding of common programming languages used in AI, such as Python, Java, C++, and R
  • Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms, particularly Google Cloud's Vertex AI.
  • Strong knowledge of data processing and transformation tools.
  • Solid understanding of model evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel on occasion

Senior - $162,800

Lead - $195,780

Principal - $214,840
