Senior Analyst, Business Analytics & Insights

The Business Analytics & Insights team at Flex is responsible for using data to deliver macro insights and drive Flex’s strategy. As a member of this team, you’ll work closely with the BizOps team, Strategy team, and leadership across the organization to monitor trends, identify opportunities for growth, and drive a deeper understanding of our business.

What you’ll get to do:

• Drive impact via insights: As a resident expert of all things data at Flex, you’ll deliver business insights and illuminate trends that lead directly to operational and product improvements. You’ll directly contribute to shaping strategic decisions and driving business growth and customer engagement & satisfaction 
• Direct cross-departmental collaboration: As owner of our Customer Lifecycle and core Bill Payment data, you’ll work with departments across the company to optimize the customer experience and business performance
• Democratize data: Support goal-setting across Flex by defining KPIs and setting OKR targets. You’ll create dashboards to monitor KPIs to ensure teams are making intelligent and informed decisions

What you’ll bring:

• 3+ years of analytics experience, with advanced SQL & BI tool (ideally Tableau) skills
• Ability to solve big-picture problems: You proactively identify areas of opportunity and analyses needed by the business
• Great communication skills: You can synthesize complex concepts and analyses into simple, digestible bullets than can be understood by anyone
• Comfort in uncertainty: You don’t mind spending time in the weeds turning raw data into insights. You aren’t afraid to ask questions and do the necessary research when presented with an open-ended question
• Boundless curiosity: You are always asking “why” and use data to answer those questions. You use those findings to make recommendations on how to best grow the business and help drive decision-making
• Passion for analytics: You are constantly looking for ways to utilize Tableau and advanced SQL to tackle complex business problems
