Senior Analyst Customer Analytics

• Shape strategy by analyzing customer behavior engagement patterns and lifecycle trends translating findings into clear recommendations for business partners and senior stakeholders.
• Design execute and measure experiments that evaluate promotional effectiveness and customer engagement initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally to identify opportunities prioritize initiatives and quantify business impact.
• Develop scalable reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide visibility into performance customer health promotional outcomes and key lifecycle metrics.
• Serve as a trusted thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders helping teams make faster more informed decisions through data-driven insights.
• Identify emerging customer trends and evolving market dynamics proactively recommending opportunities to optimize the player experience.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Data Science Engineering Economics Business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of analytics or data science experience.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language such as Python R SAS or Matlab with the ability to independently structure complex analyses and optimize data workflows.
• Deep understanding of statistical methods hypothesis testing experimentation and performance measurement.
• Experience analyzing customer behavior and translating large complex datasets into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
• Proven ability to synthesize findings into clear executive-ready recommendations that influence decision-making across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with experience partnering across multiple functions to solve complex business challenges.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and advanced problem-solving skills with a track record of identifying opportunities challenging assumptions and uncovering high-impact insights from ambiguous datasets.
