Role Overview
Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is looking for a talented Senior Art Director to join our Sydney Creative department.
This role is focused on developing bold, effective and culturally relevant creative ideas across a broad range of clients and campaigns. Working in partnership with a Senior Copywriter and alongside a multidisciplinary creative team, you will help bring provocative ideas to life across multiple channels and mediums.
This role is ideal for a senior creative with 5+ years’ experience who is looking to continue growing their craft in a collaborative and ambitious agency environment.
The role will include:
Developing strong creative concepts and visual ideas across a range of briefs, clients and campaigns
Translating ideas effectively across different channels, platforms and mediums
Collaborating closely with Copywriters, Designers, Strategists and Production teams to deliver integrated creative work
Contributing proactive creative thinking for both existing and prospective clients
Presenting and articulating creative concepts internally and to clients with confidence
Attending shoots and supporting creative direction where required
Building strong working relationships across the agency and contributing positively to team culture

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Approximately 5+ years’ experience within a creative agency environment
Strong conceptual thinking and a highly developed visual eye
Experience creating enduring and effective brand platforms
Ability to solve creative problems with compelling and effective ideas
Strong attention to detail and high craft standards
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of photography, design and production processes across different mediums
Organised, proactive and motivated with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable contributing ideas and presenting work within a collaborative creative environment
A passion for creativity, culture and producing work that has impact
