One Impression is one of the World’s largest influencer marketing platforms helping over 300+ global brands ranging from enterprises such as Unilever, Nestle, Amazon to startups such as Meesho, Nykaa, CoinSwitch. We are active in over 12 countries including India, US, Australia, the Middle East, etc, and have a network of over 6.5 Mil + influencers across Instagram & YouTube. Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.
We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences. The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world’s de-facto influencer platform.
We are already the market leader in the Asian market and are now aiming to grow 10x by consolidating the entire market spend towards our newly launched platform for advertisers. About One Club:
OneClub is the ultimate exclusive creator club within One Impression that harnesses the power of cutting-edge tech tools and a user-friendly mobile app to supercharge creators' creative journey. OneClub is their one-stop destination to efficiently manage their business, unlock unprecedented growth, boost their earnings, and connect with a vibrant community of like-minded creators.
Responsibilities:
- Creator Acquisition and Management: Identify and onboard talented creators exclusively and manage them during the entire process.
- Brand Partnerships and Campaign Closures: Identify and onboard brand partners for collaborative campaigns with creators. Lead negotiations and ensure successful closure of brand deals that align with creators' values and target audience.
- Campaign Execution and Management: Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables and timelines are met. Collaborate with creators and brand partners to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Revenue Growth Strategies: Develop and implement revenue growth strategies for creators, exploring new monetization tools and opportunities beyond brand partnerships. This may include merchandise sales, subscriptions, affiliate marketing, and more.
- Tech Tools and Mobile App Utilization: Utilize the company's proprietary tech tools and mobile app to provide creators with insights, analytics, and performance data related to their partnerships and revenue streams. Train creators to optimize the use of these resources.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance and other revenue streams, providing actionable insights to creators for optimization. Continuously improve revenue generation strategies based on data-driven decisions.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging monetization methods to stay ahead in the creator economy landscape.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with creators and brand partners, ensuring continued collaboration and a positive experience for all parties involved.
- Creator Support and Training: Understand the creator's journey in and out, their pain points and areas of growth. Provide ongoing support and training to creators to enhance their campaign management skills, content quality, and understanding of various monetization tools.
- Financial Management: Oversee budget allocation and revenue tracking for creators, ensuring financial growth and profitability.
- Compliance and Contractual Matters: Ensure creators adhere to contractual obligations, and brand partnerships comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, campaign management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the creator economy, social media platforms, and digital content trends.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign and revenue data for decision-making.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in using tech tools and mobile apps for campaign analytics and management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with financial management, budgeting, and revenue forecasting.
- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering impactful campaigns and revenue growth.
- Previous experience in managing multiple monetization channels for creators is a plus.
- A genuine interest in the success and growth of creators within the exclusive creator club.
