  • Requirements

    • 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, consulting, sales operations, or similar analytical roles
    • Proven experience supporting Business Development, Sales, or Strategy teams in fast-paced environments
    • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, CRM systems, and pipeline reporting tools
    • Demonstrated ability to create dashboards, synthesize data, and translate insights into clear business recommendations
    • Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity in reporting, analysis, or content creation is strongly preferred
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop executive-level materials and narratives
    • Strong understanding of commercial deal structures and business context to support accurate reporting and forecasting
    • High level of organizational rigor, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional stakeholders
    • Experience in healthcare, payer, provider, or value-based care environments is a plus
    • Benefits

      • Competitive base salary range: $110,000 – $130,000, with eligibility for additional equity participation
      • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
      • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for healthcare and dependent care
      • 401(k) retirement plan with 4% employer match, fully vested from day one
      • Employer-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage
      • Life insurance coverage equal to 1x annual salary
