This remote role is not tightly linked to a physical location and provides flexibility in where, when and how you accomplish your work. Remote employees are expected to have a dedicated, quiet and distraction-free work space and an internet connection that's sufficient for completing their job remotely.

The Senior Business Analyst leads the business process mapping, requirements-gathering, and functional design necessary to configure SAP and other systems to meet business requirements related to Finance (Record To Report (RTR)) specifically for SAP manufacturing and cost accounting. This position also leads and/or executes the testing of end-to-end business processes to confirm the procedure and solutions meet requirements while assisting with resolving any identified defects.

The Senior Business Analyst will work directly with stakeholders to define what is needed from various systems (i.e., SAP, Legacy) to support the Finance organization. Acting as a translator will then convey those needs to Digital Office resources (Record to Report (RTR)), support system development, testing, training, and implementation.

In this position, you will be involved in process improvements and new Company initiatives that leverage the Company's SAP ERP system and other integrated systems. Will participate in system configuration, troubleshooting, testing, and training activities, all aimed at business process and system optimization. You will have primary responsibility for supporting Financial Accounting and Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Treasury processes, Costing and Profitability Analysis. Since most initiatives in other areas of the business have financial implications, you will need to understand the importance of the integration in areas such as Order To Cash (OTC), Source To Pay (STP), and Plan to Produce (PTP).

Job Responsibilities:• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the current state• Define and document current/future state processes• Gather and document requirements• Lead/participate in gap analysis and design solutions• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all requirements are met• Create and maintain documentation on system setup• Lead and execute testing• Lead user acceptance testing• Lead change management activities, including end user training• Develop an understanding of the end-to-end processes within the Finance functional area• Develop an understanding of integration touchpoints with Finance across all modules• Customer-focused mindset and approach to problem solving• Relentless pursuit of continuous improvement and challenging paradigms that may be barriers to progress• Deliver processes that minimize manual effort and ensure compliance and controls are in place• Develop creative system alternatives in support of Finance modernization efforts• Ensure ERP systems are utilized to their fullest when determining the solution• Establish strong and healthy working relationships between the Business core team, the Digital Office, and the regional teams• Responsible for product quality, project timeliness, and customer satisfaction

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Education Specifications: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or other related Degree relevant to this position is Preferred• CPA or MBA a plus.

Experience Required:• Minimum three (3) years of experience working with SAP systems support, including a combination of practical knowledge of accounting and finance and practical knowledge of SAP Finance modules.• Hands-on experience with at least two large implementation projects.• Experience with SAP manufacturing and cost accounting required.• Communication skills necessary to effectively present ideas, plans, and processes.• Basic knowledge of accounting - you must understand the main items of the balance sheet and profit/loss statement and their relationship with ERP functionalities.• Knowledge of business process design, system configuration, Master Data Management and Controls, formal application testing, and incident handling procedures.• Readiness to proactively drive and deliver high-impact results through individual and team efforts. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to self-motivate and successfully work on multiple projects.• A skilled approach to building strong working relationships with business partners. Strong and independent analytical thinker and influencer.• Agile methodology experience.

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
