Role Overview

Droga5, part of Accenture Song, is looking for a Senior Business Manager to join our Sydney team.

This role is suited to an experienced account management professional who thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy and execution. You'll be responsible for keeping complex projects moving, building trusted client relationships and creating the conditions for creative teams to do their best work. The role is positioned as the bridge between high-level strategy and flawless delivery, helping turn ambitious ideas into reality.

Working across a diverse portfolio of clients, you'll partner closely with Creative, Strategy, Media and Production teams to deliver outstanding outcomes while ensuring projects remain commercially successful and operationally sound.

The role will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day delivery of integrated campaigns and creative projects from briefing through to execution.

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive communication, accountability and trusted partnership.

  • Creating clear project plans, managing timelines and anticipating risks to ensure work is delivered successfully.

  • Working closely with Creative, Strategy, Media and Production teams to bring ideas to life.

  • Managing project finances, including estimates, purchase orders, forecasting and budget tracking.

  • Supporting the development of commercially sustainable client partnerships while maintaining a high standard of creative output.

  • Contributing to a collaborative team culture and helping create an environment where innovation and creativity can thrive.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client service or business management within a creative, media or integrated agency environment.

  • Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Experience building trusted relationships with clients and delivering a high level of service.

  • Commercial awareness with experience managing project budgets, forecasting and financial processes.

  • A passion for creativity and experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Curiosity about culture, consumer behaviour and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled tools.

  • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership while helping others succeed.
