Senior Business Resiliency Analyst

Bungie is seeking an experienced resiliency professional with experience in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. This position is responsible for significant contributions to the Enterprise Resiliency program and supporting continued operations and major incident response activities. This position will assist in driving sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable resiliency practices and programs, and contribute to the risk management and life cycle our studio’s systems, processes, and studio operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

A successful candidate must be able to effectively advise and collaborate with multiple business units on resiliency strategies, and utilize Bungie’s resiliency software tool to identify requirements, document resiliency plans, and drive continual improvement of resiliency programs.

The role will assist in supporting and guiding the Major Incident Response Framework in growing resiliency capability as well as management of significant events. The Senior Analyst, Business Resiliency will communicate and collaborate with resiliency plan owners and departments throughout the organization to develop and implement plans to anticipate, address, and mitigate the effects of various business interruptions.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Risk Management or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum three years of progressive experience in Enterprise Resiliency (Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Life Safety) planning and testing, auditing, risk analysis, and contingency planning. Preference for private sector and technology-centered business experience.
• Experience managing resiliency programs in organizations with critical systems in cloud, hosted, and hybrid delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure issues are handled in a fair, consistent manner.
• Sound project management and planning skills, both short and long-term planning.
• Excellent presentation skills to large groups for program training and updates as well as on an individual level to facilitate plan owner learning.
• Effective leadership and negotiation skills.
• Full-time hours required, with additional hours as necessary to support major incident response, and/or accomplish objectives, goals, and projects.
• Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP), or other relevant resiliency and information security certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Life Safety programs, ability to obtain American Red Cross instructor certification is preferred.
