This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Campaign Manager, Email Marketing & SMS based in the United States.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced lifecycle marketer to lead high-impact email and SMS strategies for a diverse portfolio of eCommerce clients. The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign execution, and data-driven optimization to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Accountabilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of large-scale email and SMS campaigns, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies.
  • Develop and implement advanced audience targeting initiatives using customer data, behavioral insights, and predictive analytics to improve engagement and conversion outcomes.
  • Monitor campaign performance through KPI analysis, continuously testing and optimizing strategies to maximize click-through rates, conversion metrics, retention, and recurring revenue growth.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance processes to ensure flawless campaign delivery and quickly resolve technical issues related to marketing platforms and integrations.
  • Perform competitive research to identify opportunities related to messaging, promotional strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign timing.
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, HubSpot, Attentive, Google Analytics, and related technologies to generate actionable insights and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze customer and campaign data across multiple channels to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and support long-term growth initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining strong relationships through regular communication, strategic presentations, and executive-level stakeholder management.
  • Partner closely with commercial teams by providing strategic guidance, supporting sales initiatives, participating in client demos, and helping identify high-potential opportunities.
  • Requirements

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical email marketing, preferably within eCommerce or agency environments.
    • Strong expertise with email and SMS platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Postscript, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar marketing automation solutions.
    • Demonstrated success managing lifecycle marketing programs with measurable business impact and revenue-driving results.
    • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, customer journey optimization, segmentation strategies, and omnichannel marketing best practices.
    • Strong analytical capabilities with experience interpreting campaign performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to present strategic recommendations to senior leaders and executive stakeholders.
    • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
    • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.
