This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Client Partner based in Canada.

This role offers the opportunity to manage and expand strategic enterprise relationships within a rapidly evolving technology environment.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior customer stakeholders, helping organizations maximize the value of advanced AI-powered solutions.
The position combines account strategy, commercial ownership, customer advocacy, and cross-functional leadership.
You will drive retention, expansion, and revenue growth by developing deep partnerships with enterprise clients.

Accountabilities

  • Own the overall commercial strategy and relationship management for a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Develop and execute account plans focused on customer retention, revenue growth, expansion opportunities, and long-term partnerships.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders across sales, marketing, IT, customer experience, and contact center functions.
  • Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer priorities, business challenges, and evolving technology needs.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer organizations, strategic goals, industry landscape, and competitive positioning.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue growth, renewal, retention, and expansion objectives.
  • Lead executive business reviews and strategic conversations that demonstrate measurable business value and solution impact.
  • Create compelling value propositions and business cases connecting technology capabilities to customer goals such as efficiency, revenue growth, and improved customer experiences.
  • Own renewal strategies, commercial negotiations, and account planning processes from early preparation through successful completion.
  • Partner with Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and other internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing insights, feedback, and strategic priorities with relevant teams.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM discipline, pipeline visibility, and account risk management.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between customer objectives and business solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with regional and strategic partners to support customer growth and value creation.
  • Requirements

    • 8+ years of experience managing and growing complex enterprise SaaS accounts, strategic accounts, or enterprise customer relationships.
    • Proven track record of exceeding revenue growth, retention, renewal, upsell, and expansion targets.
    • Experience managing large enterprise customers with multiple stakeholders, business units, and geographic locations.
    • Demonstrated success in consultative, value-based selling and developing strategic business cases for executive audiences.
    • Experience working in SaaS, B2B technology, digital transformation, customer experience, contact center, e-commerce, or related industries.
    • Strong understanding of AI, automation, customer engagement platforms, and digital transformation technologies.
    • Ability to translate complex technology solutions into clear business value and measurable outcomes.
    • Experience managing complex commercial cycles, renewals, negotiations, and multi-stakeholder decision processes.
    • Strong CRM, forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning skills.
    • Experience using MEDDPICC or similar qualification and sales methodologies is preferred.
    • Excellent executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trusted partnerships and deliver measurable value.
    • Commercially driven approach with strong ability to identify growth opportunities.
    • Strategic and consultative problem-solving skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
    • Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong collaboration skills with experience leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.
