This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Client Success Manager in Canada.
This role offers a high-impact opportunity to manage and grow relationships with some of the most strategic enterprise clients in the creator marketing ecosystem. You will oversee complex, end-to-end campaign execution while acting as a trusted advisor to senior brand stakeholders, ensuring that creator partnerships deliver measurable business outcomes. The position blends strategic account management with hands-on operational delivery, requiring both commercial thinking and strong execution discipline. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Analytics, and Strategy to optimize campaign performance and unlock account growth opportunities. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where relationship-building, data-driven decision-making, and creative problem-solving come together. You will also play a key role in shaping how enterprise clients engage with creator-led marketing solutions at scale.
Accountabilities:
- Manage and execute complex, high-value creator marketing campaigns for enterprise-level clients from kickoff through delivery and post-campaign analysis.
- Act as the primary strategic advisor for key accounts, building strong relationships with multiple client stakeholders and aligning campaigns with broader marketing objectives.
- Own the full campaign lifecycle, including briefs, creator selection, contracting, scheduling, performance tracking, and reporting.
- Drive client retention, satisfaction, and expansion by identifying upsell opportunities and collaborating with Sales on account growth strategies.
- Maintain strong communication with clients, ensuring fast response times, proactive issue resolution, and high standards of service delivery.
- Translate client goals, pain points, and internal processes into actionable strategies that improve campaign effectiveness and alignment.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Media, Analytics, and Strategy to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to process optimization to improve scalability and delivery quality.
- Maintain accurate account records, performance data, and revenue opportunities using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future initiatives and strengthen client outcomes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles such as customer success, account management, or digital marketing services.
- Proven experience managing enterprise or key accounts with responsibility for retention, growth, or revenue targets.
- Strong background in digital marketing, influencer marketing, or creator economy platforms is highly preferred.
- Experience working with complex, multi-stakeholder client environments, including senior decision-makers such as marketing directors or CMOs.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance client satisfaction, execution quality, and account growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent campaigns and priorities under tight timelines.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and communicate performance insights.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
