As a Senior Compliance Analyst you'll play a key role in strengthening and scaling compliance programs across the Global Compliance & Risk Team. You'll work at the intersection of governance operations and data to support critical initiatives that enhance risk management and regulatory alignment. From maintaining core program infrastructure to driving cross-functional collaboration you'll help ensure compliance efforts are efficient transparent and impactful. Your work will directly support the evolution of compliance capabilities as the business continues to grow.
What you'll do
- Support executive reporting and program governance by maintaining project trackers coordinating content ownership and improving visibility across compliance initiatives.
- Manage centralized documentation repositories ensuring evidence collection review and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
- Contribute to key programs within the Global Compliance & Risk Team helping drive consistency and operational effectiveness across the function.
- Support the expansion maintenance and enhancement of governance risk and compliance systems and related tooling.
- Assist in executing projects by tracking deliverables coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks build understanding of regulatory requirements and develop practical mitigation strategies.
- Build a strong understanding of internal processes and procedures to help ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations.
What you'll bring
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance Risk Management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional environment with exposure to compliance audit or risk management preferred.
- The ability to analyze problems develop risk-based recommendations and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly and concisely.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and think critically.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 68800.00 USD - 86000.00 USD plus bonus equity and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role level and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire pay rates for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training.
