Senior Compliance Analyst

• Support executive reporting and program governance by maintaining project trackers coordinating content ownership and improving visibility across compliance initiatives.
• Manage centralized documentation repositories ensuring evidence collection review and approvals are completed accurately and on time.
• Contribute to key programs within the Global Compliance & Risk Team helping drive consistency and operational effectiveness across the function.
• Support the expansion maintenance and enhancement of governance risk and compliance systems and related tooling.
• Assist in executing projects by tracking deliverables coordinating stakeholders and ensuring timely completion of key milestones.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate risks build understanding of regulatory requirements and develop practical mitigation strategies.
• Build a strong understanding of internal processes and procedures to help ensure alignment with applicable laws and regulations.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance Risk Management or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a professional environment with exposure to compliance audit or risk management preferred.
• The ability to analyze problems develop risk-based recommendations and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly and concisely.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and think critically.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
