Senior Compliance Manager, Lending

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Compliance Manager to join our team and lead our lending compliance function. You will be responsible for all compliance management activities associated with our consumer lending business, including ensuring product compliance, approving all consumer facing flows and materials, supporting servicing and collections processes and escalations, and engaging with counsel on regulatory matters.  You will also be responsible for maintaining our relationship with our partner Bank’s compliance team, including providing reporting and facilitating audits.  You will work closely with our Underwriting, Product and Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams.  
Role & Responsibilities 

• Lead Jetty’s lending compliance program, bringing strong expertise across the entire consumer lending product lifecycle
• Identify and execute compliance controls related to loan origination, underwriting, servicing, and recovery
• Collaborate with Risk and Operations teams to find creative ways to build new products and features while maintaining compliance with all federal and state laws and regulations
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure that both products and external communications meet regulatory requirements 
• Engage with external financial and real estate partners to oversee due diligence and auditing needs
• Develop and organize regulation-based training and targeted role-based training covering the laws, regulations, and policy requirements related to lending operations
• Manage all required compliance reporting 

Experience & Qualifications

• 7+ years of compliance and/or risk management experience 
• Strong background across the full lending lifecycle (consumer lending experience is a plus)
• Expertise in regulatory areas such as ECOA, UDAAP, TILA, FCRA, FDCPA, MLA/SCRA, TCPA, GLBA, EFTA, ESIGN, CRA and other lending-related federal and state laws and regulations
• Experience in a high growth, fintech environment is a plus 
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with stakeholders across the organization
• Must have demonstrated experience reviewing marketing and advertisement copy
• Must be familiar with state-by-state consumer lending business model
• Must have experience drafting public facing disclosure and notices
