About the Role

As a Senior Marketing Analyst you will be responsible for raising the bar on the quality of our analysis and decision making within the Go-to-Market team. You will partner closely with our VP of Growth Marketing to own and uplevel our marketing attribution systems deep dive into customer acquisition funnels and improve the overall efficiency of our growth machine. 

You'll report to the VP of Growth Marketing. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What You’ll Do

• Work directly with various GTM teams (e.g. lifecycle performance marketing brand & product marketing) to execute high-impact campaigns experiments and projects
• Identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth through analysis of our funnel customer performance data and experiments
• Own iterate and improve upon our multi-touch attribution model and channel lift-testing
• Define and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs such as CAC LTV and payback period
• Partner with Data Platform and peer Analytics teams to implement best-in-class analytical frameworks and testing structure across our data stack
• Leverage AI tools and automation to scale your analysis actively explore how AI can expand what's analytically possible and focus on the most high impact initiatives
• Serve as a thought partner to the go-to-market leadership in deciding how to strategically grow our customer base

What We’re Looking For 

• 5+ years of experience in a highly analytical role 2+ years in a marketing analytics or science role ideally at a SaaS company
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (e.g. Claude ChatGPT Cursor) to accelerate analysis build automations or improve workflow efficiency
• Strong perspective on the marketing experimentation lifecycle (hypothesis generation experimental design implementation statistical analysis A/B testing best practices)
• Strong working knowledge of stats (regression conversation rate modeling A/B testing media mix modeling etc.)
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Experience with Hex Looker Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM and Martech tools like Iterable Hubspot Eppo and similar is a plus

The starting base salary for this role in New York California and Washington is between $160000-$185000 + target equity + benefits. The base salary offered is dependent upon many factors including skills experience location and education. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
