Senior Data Analyst - Risk Product - Hybrid

• Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis to identify patterns trends insights and opportunities that support business decisions.
• Develop reporting dashboards forecasts and other analytical deliverables that help leaders understand performance and take action.
• Use data analytics and metrics to evaluate business processes identify risks or opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Translate complex data findings into clear written verbal and presentation-based insights for department leaders and business clients.
• Produce actionable reports that highlight key performance indicators identify areas for improvement and support root-cause analysis.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business questions user needs current processes and the decisions the analysis needs to support.
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks that connect data performance measures and business outcomes.
• Gather analyze and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources to support business questions and decision-making.
• Apply data visualization best practices to create reports and dashboards that are clear useful and easy for stakeholders to understand.
• Take initiative to design and develop analytical deliverables based on business needs findings and stakeholder priorities.
• Provide consultation to business clients and participate in cross-functional efforts to address business issues.
• Develop deep expertise in at least one business area or domain while building a broad understanding of related business functions.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing insights best practices methodologies and standards across teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Management Information Systems Mathematics Statistics Business or a related field.
• 4-5+ years of professional experience including experience in analytics reporting data analysis or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience working in an analytics-related role.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience performing analytics work.
• Experience conducting research applying statistical techniques developing reports or building analytical solutions that support business decisions and outcomes.
• Experience using analytical tools such as SQL SAS Microsoft Excel SPSS R or similar platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar reporting platforms.
• Ability to access gather analyze and interpret data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Ability to identify business trends performance drivers root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain data insights clearly to business stakeholders.
• Ability to serve as a subject matter expert at the department level and provide insight or analysis to broader enterprise partners when needed.
• Strong attention to detail business curiosity and the ability to produce high-quality work that supports meaningful business outcomes.
