Team: Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Data Analyst based in United States.

In this role, you will join a high-impact analytics team responsible for transforming complex, large-scale datasets into actionable insights that drive business decisions across multiple departments. You will work within a modern data ecosystem, leveraging advanced BI tools, cloud data warehouses, and AI-enabled technologies to improve reporting, automation, and analytical depth. The position plays a key role in enabling self-service analytics and supporting strategic decision-making at scale. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analytics engineers, and data scientists to define requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences operational efficiency and business outcomes. You will also contribute to the evolution of the data stack and the adoption of AI-driven analytics capabilities. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative, and fully remote.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop deep expertise in internal data systems, including Salesforce and cloud-based data warehouses, to generate actionable business insights
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics tools using Tableau and SQL
  • Perform complex data transformations, joins, and modeling to support advanced analysis and reporting
  • Leverage modern data stack tools, including Snowflake, dbt, and AI tools such as Claude, to automate reporting and enhance analytics workflows
  • Contribute to the broader analytics organization, supporting initiatives across business intelligence, analytics engineering, and data science
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility for stakeholders across the business
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in a business intelligence, analytics, or data analyst role
    • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar
    • Hands-on experience working within Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouse environments
    • Strong SQL skills with the ability to perform complex joins, transformations, and data modeling
    • Experience building dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau or comparable tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas
    • Experience working with modern data stacks (e.g., dbt, Git, Python is a plus)
    • Exposure to AI-assisted analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake Intelligence, Claude, or similar) is highly desirable
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
