  • Build production-grade data solutions using programming languages such as Python or Go.
  • Collaborate with data science, product, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable data solutions.
  • Manage the full data development lifecycle, including design, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices in data engineering and software development.
  • Requirements:

    • 4+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong track record of delivering production-grade data systems.
    • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including query optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
    • Strong programming skills in Python; experience with Go is a plus.
    • Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, particularly Google Cloud services such as BigQuery, GCS, and Airflow.
    • Experience building real-time or event-driven data pipelines using tools like Kafka or similar technologies.
    • Familiarity with modern data architectures such as data warehouses or lakehouse models.
    • Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CI/CD best practices.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary ranging from $140,800 to $158,400 USD, with broader total compensation potential based on experience.
      • Remote-first work environment with flexible working arrangements.
      • Comprehensive health coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
      • Retirement savings plan with company contributions.
      • Generous parental leave and wellness programs.
      • Home office setup stipend and annual professional development budget.
      • Monthly wellness allowance and paid volunteer opportunities.
