This role is a key driver of pipeline and revenue growth within a fast-scaling B2B SaaS environment focused on clinical research technology.
You will design and execute integrated demand generation strategies that transform product messaging, content, and thought leadership into qualified opportunities.
The position sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, performance execution, and revenue operations, with direct impact on sales pipeline creation.
You will lead multi-channel campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media while continuously optimizing conversion across the funnel.
A strong emphasis is placed on data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and AI-enabled marketing execution to scale performance efficiently.
You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing operations, and product teams to align demand efforts with business priorities.

Accountabilities

The Senior Demand Generation Manager is responsible for building, executing, and optimizing full-funnel demand generation programs that drive qualified pipeline, revenue growth, and market engagement.

  • Own marketing-sourced pipeline and bookings targets in partnership with sales leadership.
  • Develop and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, ABM, webinars, content syndication, and organic channels.
  • Manage campaign strategy, calendars, budgets, and quarterly execution plans to maximize ROI.
  • Partner with Sales and SDR teams to align on target accounts, pipeline goals, and campaign activation strategies.
  • Optimize lead-to-opportunity conversion rates by continuously analyzing funnel performance and identifying bottlenecks.
  • Leverage marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) to track, measure, and improve campaign performance.
  • Implement AI-driven marketing workflows to enhance content creation, campaign execution, reporting, and audience engagement.
  • Drive GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies to improve visibility across AI-powered search environments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to activate content assets into high-performing demand generation programs.
  • Provide performance insights and reporting on pipeline contribution, attribution, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns to improve revenue impact and efficiency.

  • Requirements:

    This role requires strong experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, with a proven ability to build scalable campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue outcomes.

    • 5–7 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or campaign management in B2B SaaS or related industries (healthcare tech or clinical research preferred).
    • Proven track record of building and executing multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
    • Strong understanding of funnel metrics, lead nurturing, attribution models, and conversion optimization.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate performance insights into actionable growth strategies.
    • Experience working closely with sales teams on pipeline alignment and revenue goals.
    • Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and modern growth techniques is highly desirable.
    • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environment with a bias toward execution.
    • Experience in clinical research, healthcare technology, or life sciences marketing is a strong plus.
