About the position:

As an Demand Generation Senior Specialist focusing on ABM, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic campaigns targeting named accounts in EMEA. Localizing programs in key ICP regions will be a key aspect of this role.

This role encompasses execution across a variety of tactics and channels including paid ads, content syndication, display, events, direct mail and email. The successful candidate will be responsible for campaign execution,  campaign analysis, budget management, A/B testing, and fostering a close collaborative relationship with Sales and Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
Additionally, creative thinking for innovative program ideation is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategizing and Execution:
    • Develop, lead, and execute programs to engage target accounts in alignment with our acceleration and growth objectives.
    • Develop marketing localization strategies tailored to the unique needs and preferences of ICP priority countries. Ensure content, messaging, and creative assets are adapted to resonate with local audiences.
    • Utilize various tactics, such as events, thought leadership, communications and direct marketing, based on account analysis and growth strategies developed with Sales and Partners.
    • Partner with the Global Demand Generation Team to drive digital awareness through paid search and social campaigns across multiple social platforms.
  • Budget Management:
    • Effectively manage campaign budgets to ensure optimal allocation and ROI.
    • Monitor spending and adjust strategies to maximize impact within budget constraints.
  • A/B Testing:
    • Conduct rigorous AB testing to optimize campaign elements and improve overall performance.
    • Implement data-driven insights to refine and enhance campaign strategies.
  • Analysis and Reporting:
    • Utilize data, insights, and best practices to design, implement, and report on effective ABM campaigns and programs across various channels and platforms.
  • Collaboration with Sales and BDRs:
    • Cultivate a tight collaborative relationship with the sales and BDR teams.
    • Collaborate with sales and customer success leadership and account teams to map stakeholder journeys, identify key account activities, and develop communication strategies to deliver targeted and personalized engagement
  • Creative Ideation:
    • Actively contribute to creative ideation sessions for the development of new and innovative ABM programs.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh perspectives to campaign strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2 + Languages required - German, French, Dutch
  • We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, specifically in the field, events, and/or Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • This individual should have a proven track record of delivering measurable commercial results.
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels and their application in ABM.
  • Experience with budget management and a track record of achieving positive ROI.
  • Proficiency in AB testing methodologies and campaign analysis.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for campaign programs.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
