Senior Designer – Hangbags, SLGS, Accessories

We are seeking a Women's handbag/SLG designer. Working as the design lead, this position is responsible for the development of the Women's product lines for all seasons. Major Responsibilities: • Identify key market trends create and develop full lines from concept to completion targeting key accounts and price points. • Regularly follow up with oversea factories regarding tech packs, style updates, and new developments • Study markets, shop retail, and interact with consumer to establish trends • Sources and choose materials for samples • Present samples as envisioned Qualifications: • 5-7 years minimum in handbag design experience, must have experience in creating tech packs of handbags. • Focused on the technical aspects of bag design, such as functionality, construction, material specifications, and ensuring that the design can be effectively manufactured. • Proficient in the Adobe Suite (Primarily Photoshop and Illustrator) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95K-$135K Application Question(s): • Please provide a link to portfolio here: Ability to Commute: • New York, NY 10001 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • New York, NY 10001: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10001 Job Type: Full-time Pay: $95,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year Ability to Commute: • New York, NY 10001 (Required) Ability to Relocate: • New York, NY 10001: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
