The Senior Developer (Front-End) will be responsible for developing scalable front-end solutions, improving user experiences, and supporting engineering excellence across complex technology initiatives. The role requires strong collaboration with designers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, and user-focused applications.

• Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end technologies.
• Translate UI/UX concepts and human-centered design principles into functional, accessible, and intuitive user interfaces.
• Build reusable components, front-end libraries, and scalable architectures to support long-term product development.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, security, and efficiency within cloud-based environments.
• Design and implement dynamic forms, interactive components, and advanced user workflows with a strong focus on usability.
• Apply component-based architecture, event-driven patterns, and microservice principles to front-end development.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers to improve engineering practices.
• Collaborate within agile teams using DevSecOps methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
• Lead user testing, analyze feedback, and continuously improve digital experiences.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align technical capabilities with business objectives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced front-end engineer with a strong background in modern web development, UX design, and enterprise software engineering. This professional should combine deep technical expertise with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, UI/UX Design, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience developing IT solutions, software applications, and cloud-based technologies.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, and UX design principles.
• Strong knowledge of TypeScript, CSS, Tailwind, state management libraries such as Redux or Context API, and modern front-end tooling.
• Proven experience building dynamic forms, reusable components, interactive interfaces, and complex user workflows.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, software architecture, and scalable application design.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile development practices, and DevSecOps processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is preferred.
• Knowledge of Node.js, Next.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, NPM packages, and server-side rendering frameworks is a plus.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and experience developing reliable, compliant software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Experience leading technical discussions, facilitating meetings, and mentoring development teams.
• A portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design and front-end development projects is preferred.
