This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and scale a digital marketing engine within a fast-growing technology environment.
You will own key demand generation channels, optimize performance, and build the measurement systems needed to drive smarter business decisions.
The position combines hands-on channel management, strategic planning, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.
You will shape digital growth initiatives across SEO, paid media, AI-driven search, email marketing, and website optimization.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who can execute independently while influencing strategy and communicating insights to leadership.

Accountabilities

  • Own and optimize the digital demand generation strategy across paid search, SEO, AI search visibility, email marketing, and website performance channels.
  • Develop technical and content SEO strategies while improving visibility across emerging AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
  • Manage paid media programs, including agency relationships, budget allocation, campaign strategy, and performance optimization.
  • Lead lifecycle and email marketing initiatives, including audience segmentation, nurture programs, deliverability improvements, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Drive website optimization efforts focused on inbound conversion, user experience improvements, and coordination of website updates.
  • Partner with content teams to define high-impact content strategies and oversee external contributors, contractors, and AI-supported content workflows.
  • Build attribution frameworks, dashboards, and reporting systems using platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce to improve visibility into marketing performance.
  • Create executive-level reports that translate channel performance, trends, and insights into clear business recommendations.
  • Manage marketing agencies, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with business goals.
  • Establish channel budgets, prioritize investments, and optimize spending based on measurable outcomes.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve marketing processes, automation, and performance in a fast-changing digital landscape.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B SaaS or technology-focused environment.
    • Strong hands-on experience managing paid search, SEO, and digital acquisition channels, including working with external agencies and vendors.
    • Demonstrated expertise in AI search optimization, including AI visibility strategies, LLM citation tracking, answer-engine optimization, or related emerging technologies.
    • Ability to independently build marketing reports, dashboards, and attribution frameworks using tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
    • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms to create workflows, automate processes, support analysis, and improve marketing operations.
    • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
    • Experience presenting executive-level reporting and communicating marketing performance in a clear business context.
    • Proven ability to manage agencies, contractors, and content contributors while maintaining quality standards.
    • Strong editorial judgment and understanding of content strategy and optimization principles.
    • Comfortable working in an early-stage, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and limited resources.
