About the job:

As a Senior Director of our Consumer Tribe you’ll be responsible for the core experiences our users see be it our native mobile applications or our partner integrations. You’ll be key to helping all of our services scale as we build new verticals and add new partners to our platform. In addition you’ll help to oversee the execution mobile apps teams to build out a first class experience for all of our users.

As a senior director of our Merchant Tribe you’ll be responsible for the core experiences of the merchants that are on the Upside Platform. You will help develop the systems that ensure our merchants understand the Upside Effect through attribution, personalization, and incremental profit.

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Director of engineering at Upside you’ll be responsible for driving the vision of one of our three engineering tribes. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering leaders to craft that vision and implement it. You will help build the team in partnership with recruiting and level up the managers who support you. You will work with technical leaders to improve our systems via people, process, as well as technology.
