The Opportunity:

As One Medical continues to expand our capacity to provide innovative, human-centered, tech-enabled primary care across the nation, the teams that support this work are growing. We are seeking to hire a  Senior Director, Enterprise Marketing, overseeing the development and execution of overarching enterprise marketing strategy. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead a team of senior customer and demand generation marketers that work directly with brand partners and seek to on-board new partners. You will engage closely with the marketing team’s creative, brand leaders, head of enterprise sales, client services and client partners to direct enterprise marketing. You will inspire your team to deliver on enterprise business goals while driving innovation by taking smart risks, learning quickly, and optimizing accordingly.

What you'll likely work on:

  • Lead the enterprise marketing demand gen strategy and investment across channels, including media, content, events, targeted accounts
  • Work with sales and operations to develop and operationalize lead process, nurture, scoring, prospect  prioritization, handoff, sales qualification and documentation, conversion, and feedback loop to inform top of funnel and by market strategies
  • Work with Product Marketing and Strategy to anticipate employer needs/market fit across new and existing markets, understand employer and partner buyer journeys and personas and drive best segmentation and opportunities against lead gen and revenue goals
  • Support the design and execution of marketing plans targeted at new channel partners, brokers, and consultants
  • Lead a team of partner marketers, working closely with customer success to drive enrollment and engagement by helping employers underscore the value of a One Medical membership to their employees
  • Lead strong cross functional collaboration with marketing leaders, enterprise head of sales, client partner leaders, external agencies and brand partners
  • Develop operational rigor across enterprise marketing to scale business
  • Define and monitor enterprise marketing effectiveness metrics across the One Medical experience
  • Lead enterprise marketing budget management

You’ll be set up for success if you have:

  • 10+ years experience driving complex enterprise marketing growth strategy
  • 5+ years of experience managing a team of 3 or more
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and highly cross functional environment
  • Highly adept at acquisition and engagement strategies in B2B
  • Experience in paid marketing, both online and offline
  • Email marketing experience required
  • Experience in subscription models a plus
  • Exceptional cross-functional partner to business and client facing teams
  • Proven leadership skills in communicating insights, conceptual ideas, media strategy, and working towards hitting targets
  • Proven track record of successful team building and managing teams 
  • Demonstrated understanding of levers to work across partner brands
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; the ability to present and explain marketing directions to a broad audience, and to contribute effectively during all phases of development

This is a full time role based remotely in the United States with anticipated quarterly travel

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $152,800 - $258,000.  However, actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include, but are not limited to, job related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location. 

The total compensation package for certain roles may also include additional components such as a sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, equity grants in the form of RSUs, medical and other benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
