THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Director, GTM Strategy and Enablement for our Revenue Strategy and Operations team in the US! In this position, you will oversee a 15-person team and collaborate with the Revenue Leadership team to boost sales team productivity. You'll accomplish that by improving our go-to-market strategy, creating solutions, and putting them into action.

In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is USD $156,800 - $196,000 . The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and/or other job-related factors. I n addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan, and our performance-based stock option program.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE: We give our employees some flexibility to adjust their working hours, letting them adjust their starting time within a range of 3 hours.

Access onsite gyms and fitness studios, digital fitness programs, and online wellness resources for meditation, nutrition, mental health support, and more. You will receive the Gold plan at no cost, and other premium plans will be significantly discounted.
PAID TIME OFF: We know how important it is to take time away from work to recharge. Employees receive a minimum of 25 days PTO per year with an additional day for each year of tenure (up to 5) in addition to annual holidays (including an extra holiday on your birthday!)

THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring a Senior Director, GTM Strategy and Enablement for our Revenue Strategy and Operations team in the US! In this position, you will oversee a 15-person team and collaborate with the Revenue Leadership team to boost sales team productivity. You'll accomplish that by improving our go-to-market strategy, creating solutions, and putting them into action.
YOUR IMPACT
Go to Market Strategy
- Identify the major Go to Market gaps we have in our sales organization and work with cross-functional teams to address these gaps
- Improve sales process by developing strategies and playbooks for selling our products and services more effectively (eg.: sales stages definitions)
- Act as the spokesperson for the sales teams by organizing the launch of new products, and managing (from a sales perspective) the go-to-market after the launch
Sales Tools & Projects
- Select and implement technologies that will directly assist our sales representatives, drive efficiencies, extend the amount of time spent selling, and improve sales effectiveness.
- Manage and enhance the current revenue tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Gong, etc)
- Work with the product team to put the improvements we planned into practice
- Budget optimization for tools and revenue
Content Delivery and Communications
- Organize, create, and deliver trainings
- Create, organize, and make easily accessible a library that contains the information a rep needs to accomplish their job
- Build a holistic enablement and development program
- Serve as the sales rep's enablement experience's gatekeeper (defining when and how each content should be delivered)
- Communicate regularly with reps helping them to navigate all the content going their way
WHO YOU ARE
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience in GTM strategy or related field
- BA/BS degree;
- Strong process and program management skills, with the ability to quickly execute and influence key stakeholders
- Experience managing large-scale sales strategy projects
- Exceptional leader of high integrity who can articulate a clear vision for the team
- Ability to quickly develop and maintain a reasonable level of knowledge of company solutions and remain an expert on current product knowledge
