SUMMARY:
The Senior Director of Partnership Services is responsible for driving consistent client satisfaction for AllCampus partner institutions’ online degree programs, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, while also overseeing key aspects of all of our client account relationships under the EVP’s and CEO’s direction. The position is expected to be able to provide client services mentorship and leadership to a larger and/or growing staff. Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Team Supervision
- Coaches, trains, and develops the AllCampus Partnership Services team, while providing some daily supervision in collaboration with the EVP of Enrollment & Partnership Services.
- Acts as a dedicated liaison between the company and client partners to improve customer satisfaction and to meet service level agreements.Â
- Participates regularly in partnership meetings via telephone, virtual meeting, or in-person.
- Updates client partners on marketing initiatives, campaign reviews, and regular reporting.
- Resolves escalated issues stemming from the Partnership Services team in a timely manner.
- Assesses potential business development opportunities at existing client partners; collaborates with the sales team toward realizing such potential areas for account growth.
- Collaborates with the following AllCampus teams to develop and implement an effective account management strategy: Enrollment, Retention, Marketing, Market Research, Sales, Design, Digital/Analytics, and Information Technology.
- Maintains a high level understanding of the company’s products and is able to leverage resources to expedite problem resolutions.
- Ensures service plans align with revenue objectives.Â
- Reviews all client partner and consumer facing marketing materials and content for dissemination to the client partner.
- Travel is required up to 50%.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
- This position requires some daily supervisory responsibility with some or all Partnership Services staff as delegated by the EVP of Enrollment & Partnership Services toward best meeting business objectives.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE an equivalent combination of education, training and experience will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in business, marketing, or related field. Master’s degree highly preferred.
- At least 7 years of demonstrated experience with a proven track record in client management; agency and/or educational client experience preferred.Â
- Project management experience required.
The salary range for this role is $64,200 - $115,900.
Chicagoland area candidates preferred, remote options available.Â
