This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Director, Product Marketing based in United States.

This role is designed for a strategic product marketing leader who can transform complex technology into compelling market narratives and growth strategies.
You will lead the evolution of product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution across a growing portfolio of solutions.
The position combines executive-level strategy with hands-on leadership in launches, customer insights, competitive intelligence, and adoption initiatives.
You will play a key role in shaping how innovative technologies, including AI-powered capabilities, are understood and adopted by customers.
This opportunity offers the chance to build and scale a product marketing function while partnering closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams.
You will influence market perception and help drive business growth within a rapidly evolving technology landscape.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and own the product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, market approach, and go-to-market plans across multiple product lines.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing product marketing team while establishing strong standards for strategic thinking, storytelling, and execution.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and feature launches, with particular ownership of AI-powered capabilities and adoption strategies.
  • Create and refine compelling product narratives, launch materials, messaging frameworks, and content that communicate customer value effectively.
  • Develop and maintain competitive intelligence programs, translating market trends and competitor insights into positioning strategies and sales enablement resources.
  • Partner closely with Product Management teams to incorporate customer insights, market research, and competitive analysis into product decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create effective enablement materials, talk tracks, objection handling strategies, and persona-based messaging.
  • Represent product marketing at executive and leadership levels, clearly communicating launch strategies, market positioning, and business outcomes.
  • Champion the use of AI tools and workflows to improve product marketing efficiency, creativity, and go-to-market processes.
  • Act as the internal expert on market perception, customer needs, and opportunities to strengthen product storytelling and differentiation.
  • Requirements:

    • 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing, including at least 3+ years leading and building product marketing teams.
    • Proven track record of successfully launching new products and features, ideally including AI-powered solutions or capabilities.
    • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills with demonstrated ability to create messaging and content that drives business impact.
    • Strong strategic and analytical abilities with the capacity to synthesize complex technical, market, and customer information into clear direction.
    • Executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership teams and/or boards.
    • Deep experience in competitive intelligence, market analysis, positioning, and cross-functional go-to-market execution.
    • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments with evolving priorities and complex challenges.
    • Ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions, and drive measurable results.
    • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
    • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their impact on product strategy, customer adoption, and marketing workflows.
    • Experience with field service, commercial operations, technician-focused solutions, or vertical SaaS industries is a plus.
