Given our exceptional growth we are expanding and hiring a Sr. Director, Revenue Operations to join us on this exciting journey. As Sr. Director, Revenue Operations, you will be responsible for the planning & analytics of our entire sales ecosystem, monitoring Revenue, ARR and Booking recognition, reporting and slide decks, developing and maintaining quality control processes to ensure accurate processing of information and adherence to defined audit controls. Subject matter expert in Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator certification required) and Clari in partnership with the RevTech and Salesforce team on system and tool implementations. Will report to the VP, Revenue Operations.

• Cultivate and drive a culture of innovation and effective problem solving
• Coach, mentor and develop team members by actively monitoring and optimizing the SF instance
• SF maintenance, management and analysis
• Oversee the validation of data and opportunities
• Oversee validation and maintenance of customer information and transactions as required in SF
• Ensure accuracy of regional and territory financial metrics
• Research and resolve SF workflow rules and data integrity
• Monitor reports and perform quality control processes to ensure accurate processing of information and adherence to defined audit controls
• Develop ad hoc reports and analysis to identify/explain trends or isolated events in the sales numbers
• Oversee and contribute to ongoing operations process improvement
• Work with sales management to develop sales performance metrics; assist with territory management
• Help to generate QBR/BOD package for CEO/CFO
• Management of one or two resources
• Responsible for Clari instance

• Salesforce Admin certification
• PMP Certification
• Clari application expert
• Financial Modeling expert
• Subject matter expert in Analytics Studio
• Proven business leader with demonstrable experience executing successfully on implementing new business capabilities
• Proven team management experience, with effective influencing skills
• Cloud experience, ability to drive and communicate change within an organization
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
