The Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives will play a pivotal role in driving key programs and initiatives that align with Nuvem’s strategy. This role requires a strong leader, adept at facilitating cross-functional collaboration and implementing process improvements. The Sr. Director will report to the Chief Customer Officer to enhance the Customer organization’s effectiveness, deliver strategic priorities, and ensure successful execution of high impact initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and execute major strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timely delivery of outcomes.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather insights, build consensus, and drive forward the execution of key initiatives across departments.
• Develop and implement process improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness within the customer organization.
• Create high quality presentations, playbooks, and other communication materials to articulate project updates, strategies, and best practices to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and teams to identify project priorities, track progress, and resolve any obstacles to ensure successful completion of initiatives.
• Analyze data and gather insights to inform decision making and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across strategic initiatives.
• Function as a trusted advisor to the Customer Executive Leadership team, providing critical insights and recommendations based on comprehensive project analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Foster a collaborative and growth mindset-oriented culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and recognition of achievements.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, project management, or program management, with a proven track record of successfully executing large-scale initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and process improvement skills (Six Sigma, TQM certified) with experience leading cross functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in developing presentations and playbooks that effectively communicate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience working in a customer centric organization or industry with a deep understanding of customer experience strategies.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Prior team management experience
Working Conditions:
• Position is virtual with some travel required (15-20%)
• Fast-paced environment requires the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Collaborative work with cross-functional teams across the organization
