This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company, Velera. We are currently looking for a Senior Employee Experience Consultant in the United States.
This role is a strategic, enterprise-level opportunity focused on shaping how employees experience work across a large, mission-driven financial technology organization.
You will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping translate engagement insights into meaningful culture, inclusion, and performance strategies.
The position plays a key role in designing and scaling employee experience initiatives that strengthen belonging, recognition, and organizational effectiveness.
A strong emphasis is placed on leading Business Resource Group (BRG) strategy, governance, and measurable impact.
You will operate in a remote-first, collaborative environment where cross-functional partnership is essential to driving change.
The role combines data-driven decision-making, systems thinking, and leadership influence to improve both employee and business outcomes.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the strategy, governance, and execution of Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and inclusion-focused programs across the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders to align employee experience, engagement, and culture strategies with business and client outcomes.
- Design and implement initiatives that enhance engagement, recognition, communication, belonging, and organizational culture.
- Facilitate workshops, leadership sessions, listening forums, and engagement interventions to support organizational effectiveness.
- Use employee feedback, engagement data, and organizational insights to identify gaps and recommend actionable solutions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Internal Communications, Organizational Development, and business stakeholders to execute initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end projects and programs, ensuring alignment with timelines, objectives, and measurable impact.
- Deliver strategic presentations and recommendations to executives and leadership teams with clarity and influence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5–8 years of experience in employee experience, organizational development, DEI, engagement, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience leading DEI and BRG initiatives in strategic or leadership capacities.
- Strong ability to influence and advise senior leaders without formal authority.
- Expertise in employee engagement, organizational culture, and inclusion best practices.
- Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in program and project management from strategy through execution.
- Ability to analyze engagement data and translate insights into actionable organizational strategies.
- Familiarity with change management, organizational design, and employee engagement methodologies (e.g., Gallup, CliftonStrengths preferred).
- Competitive salary range: $84,900 – $108,200 (based on experience and qualifications)
