Employment eligibility: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Work location: Cured has offices in Chicago and Indianapolis. Remote candidates will also be considered. Must work in a location within the United States.
Travel: Travel of up to 25% may be required for BD meetings, industry conferences, etc.

About the role
Cured is searching for a driven, relationship-oriented Senior Enterprise Account Executive to establish strong relationships with executives and leaders at existing and prospective health systems, healthcare services firms, and digital health companies. They should have experience performing knowledge based sales of complex solutions within a complex industry. Further, they should be equally comfortable managing the full sales cycle, from identifying net new opportunities through contract close.
Our ideal candidate should excel at artfully identifying and advancing high value sales, with a steadfast dedication to serving our customers by aligning our solutions with their goals and needs (not the other way around). They will be primarily accountable for new business growth.
As we grow and expand our offerings and customer base, it will be imperative the Account Executive builds strong relationships internally across our Marketing, PDE (Product, Design, & Engineering), and Customer Delivery and Success teams, who they will work closely with to refine and deliver Cured’s solutions. Familiarity with the use of a CRM and use of a data-driven approach to efficiently document and communicate is expected. Additionally, they should excel at verbal and written presentation creation and delivery - both in in-person and remote settings.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B SaaS sales and/or business development experience
- 6+ years of experience directly leading and managing enterprise sales from initial conversation through close
- Experience selling healthcare technology to provider organizations strongly preferred
- Passion to improve the ability for healthcare organizations to meaningfully connect individuals and their families with the right care
- Excellent track record of of consistently exceeding expectations, goals, and quotas
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to leverage GSuite and common business applications
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, to C-Suite buyers
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%)

Compensation + benefits
- OTE $300,000+
- $150,000 base salary +
- Uncapped quarterly bonus with accelerators (based on quota) +
