Accountabilities:

  • Develop and improve automation of financial and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Support ERP reporting, including General Ledger and planning tools, ensuring accurate and timely financial insights for decision-making.
  • Manage and monitor integrations with key platforms such as payment processing, payroll, expense management, and banking systems.
  • Support system updates, releases, and implementations while ensuring minimal disruption to production environments.
  • Lead training sessions and documentation efforts to improve user adoption and system proficiency across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology teams to support system improvements and project execution.
  • Requirements:

    • 3–5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, with strong hands-on expertise in NetSuite ERP and ideally NetSuite NSPB.
    • Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and enterprise reporting structures.
    • Experience with system integrations involving payroll, payment processors, tax tools, or expense platforms.
    • Familiarity with ETL/ELT concepts and SQL scripting practices for data analysis and system support.
    • Working knowledge of NetSuite customization tools such as SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system and data issues.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience working in cross-functional, collaborative environments with multiple business partners.
    • NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred.
    • Exposure to tools such as Stripe, Avalara, and Rippling is a plus.
    • Benefits:

      • Competitive salary aligned with experience and market benchmarks
      • Flexible work arrangements with fully remote work across eligible U.S. states
      • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage for employees and dependents
      • Retirement savings plan with employer contributions and matching options
      • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, and unlimited time-off policy
      • Paid parental leave, including extended leave for new parents and adoptions
      • Home office support, including setup allowance for remote employees
      • Life, disability, and supplemental insurance coverage
      • Employee assistance and wellness programs supporting physical and mental health
      • Additional perks such as subscriptions, stipends, and periodic employee engagement benefits
