The Job

Medical and Scientific credibility is the foundation. It’s the core of who and what Flo is. 

As a group, these teams engage thought leaders and KOLs (100+ and counting!), establish research partnerships (Stanford University, Johns Hopkins University, Northwestern University, and others), help Developers design our intuitive AI tools, check our Medical Accuracy, and drive medical credibility across the whole platform.

This role’s all about creating and maintaining strong relationships with our ever growing network of health experts who in turn, help us to be the essential female health partner worldwide. 

You’ll be working with some of the leading minds in the academic and healthcare community globally,  on content review, video creation, influencer campaigns and other projects which drive accessibility to expert knowledge for our users. 

Working with two other Partnership Managers, and with the support of internal and vendor teams, you'll get to change things for the better and have a real impact on Flo’s work with both healthcare professionals and organizations alike.

Who we're looking for 

Must have:

  • Strong experience with relationship or client management (usually 5+ years, but flexible)
  • Demonstrable experience in pitching new ideas, projects or work 
  • Experience in managing digital marketing projects (usually 5+ years, but flexible)
  • Excellent spoken and written English language skills

Nice to have:

  • Relationship management experience with Doctors, healthcare organizations, academia, charities, Non-Profit organizations, patient bodies or patient groups, or similar 
  • Multiple years of experience in negotiating costs and/or budgets 
  • Working in a fast-paced environment or multitasking multiple projects/clients
  • Awareness of digital marketing channels and best practices 
  • Experience with creating plans to reach objectives, including timelines and budgets 
  • Experience managing projects cross-functionally and/or with external partners
  • Experience working with software teams
  • Background working in a HealthTech environment
  • Strong skills using Jira, Confluence, Miro, CRMs and other project management IT systems

What you'll be doing:

Responsibilities

  • Looking for new medical and health partners and developing relationships with the old ones (Flo Medical board, Medical associations, Non-profit organizations, Medical universities, etc.)
  • Supporting a medical review process of Flo content by organizing the work of the Flo Medical board (Onboarding, incl. profile creation, induction training, intro etc.). 
  • Driving projects that increase the awareness of Flo with healthcare professionals and lead them to refer Flo to their patients
  • Supporting the Director of Medical Affairs and Partnerships to design and implement digital marketing strategies and tactics to engage healthcare professionals in the US and Europe

Your targets will be:

  • Ensuring our Expert Board content review tasks are completed to agreed timelines/service level agreements 95% of the time
  • Maintaining our Expert Board relationships to cover all of the specialties and diversity required by the content teams 
  • Maintaining our user medical credibility score at >4 out of 5 
  • Increasing the aided awareness of Flo in US OB-GYNs by 25% by end of 2023 with team support
  • Increasing healthcare professional referrals of Flo to patients by a set target with team support
