The Re-Empower Program helps support talented and committed professionals as they rebuild their capabilities, enhance leadership skills, and continue their professional journey. Minimum Program Qualifications
To qualify for the Raytheon Technologies Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

• Be on a career break of one year plus
• Have prior experience in functional area of interest
• Have interest in returning in either a full-time or part-time position

Raytheon Technologies has multiple opportunities within the Enterprise Services (ES) Order to Cash organization. Candidates are being considered for roles within the following functions:

Contract Setup:

• Ability to read and interpret complex contracts.
• Input contractual data of various types of government, commercial and foreign contracts in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Analyze how to set up contracts in SAP for shipping, billing, and reporting purposes.
• Communicate contractual or procedural issues to program offices that delay bookings and billings.
• Attention to detail to identify important information in large, complex contracts for proper loading of contracts.
• Work closely with customer invoicing to ensure timely billings.
• Participate in CORE Projects to drive process improvement.
• Willingness to participate in ad hoc projects.

Customer Invoicing:

• Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for invoicing implications.
• Maintain regular contact with multiple internal partners and external agencies to answer invoice and cost inquires.
• Analyze and reconcile costs to ensure that they are allowable within the scope and terms of the contract.
• Identify and understand applications for FAR and CAS regulations as it relates to invoicing costs and shipments.
• Ensure invoicing is correct for final submission to customers utilizing accounting software.

Cash Management:

• Reconciling payment receipts against outstanding invoices for cash application.
• Maintain regular contact with Financial Planning &Analysis for cash forecasting and updates.
• Follow-up with external customer payment offices for status and payment resolutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel including formulas, functions, and Pivot tables.
• Ability to produce and modify Microsoft Power Point presentations.
• Experience meeting deadlines and working in a schedule driven environment.

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of FAR/DFARs, Government web-based tools (EDA).

Required Education:

This position typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field and 2 or more years of applicable experience.

This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship. Although this is a remote position, candidates located in Tucson, AZ, North Texas and New England are preferred.
