About The Role

The Senior Financial Business Systems Analyst is an important position at JustAnswer, responsible for supporting the continuous improvement of our finance system and processes to maximize company success. 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serves as the product owner for multiple, complex projects with full responsibility: from defining and managing scope to delivering a viable product/solution to the business
• Analyzes data and uses business knowledge to identify problems and ideate improvements with various stakeholders at the highest levels of the company
• Works cross functionally, with remote international team members in the finance and administrative department and engineering
• Works with other business system analysts implementing features in our finance systems

Qualifications

     Skills

• A BS degree in Finance or a related field
• Experience working in eCommerce, B2C
• Experience with billing and revenue products or subscription management systems
• 5 or more years of experience in requirements gathering, use cases documentation, or business analysis
• Comfortable taking ownership of business outcomes
• A strategic thinker with great analytic skills
• Can organize information and processes in a logical and efficient manner
• A team player with an inquisitive personality and interest in learning new things and improving processes
• Possesses good SQL skills

• Promote co-creation and encourages others to participate; works smoothly across all levels and departments
• Manages time and meetings effectively, properly leveraging managers' time

Work Environment

JustAnswer US has adopted a remote-first/full-remote work environment from most US-based locations. Some teams do occasionally have the option to meet in-person for teaming, collaboration, or social events.
