  • Design and evolve reusable UI patterns, design tokens, components, and frontend standards that improve consistency across products and experiences.
  • Develop frontend architecture that is API-first, machine-readable, and optimized for both human users and emerging AI-powered workflows.
  • Apply AI effectively throughout the software development lifecycle, including planning, implementation, code review, testing, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to transform complex requirements into reliable, well-designed solutions.
  • Own frontend quality through strong practices around testing, accessibility, observability, performance optimization, and safe production rollouts.
  • Contribute to technical decisions around platform scalability, maintainability, and engineering best practices.
  • Support the adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows by improving processes, standards, and team effectiveness.
  • Requirements

    • 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on building production-grade web applications.
    • Advanced expertise in frontend technologies including Next.js (App Router), React, TypeScript, and modern frontend build tooling.
    • Proven experience designing frontend architectures, shared component systems, and maintainable application patterns.
    • Experience building and scaling design systems, including design tokens, theming, documentation, and cross-platform consistency.
    • Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development workflows and the ability to apply AI tools effectively while maintaining engineering quality and rigor.
    • Experience with structured development workflows involving planning, context management, iterative improvement, testing, and code review.
    • Strong focus on software quality, including accessibility, performance, telemetry, testing strategies, and production ownership.
    • Excellent communication skills with a proactive, collaborative, and high-ownership approach to technical execution.
    • Experience working with backend APIs, service integrations, or cross-functional engineering teams is preferred.
    • Familiarity with BFF architectures, contract-driven development, event-driven systems, or backend technologies is a plus.
    • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 5 days per quarter, for team gatherings and company events when applicable.
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
    • Benefits
