The Marketing team at Yext is looking for a highly effective Global Campaigns Director to build and lead strategic global campaigns to support our demand generation and pipeline goals! In this role, you will drive customer acquisition and engagement throughout all points of the inbound marketing funnel to grow awareness of Yext, produce qualified leads for sales follow up, and accelerate opportunities through the funnel.
This role requires critical thinking, customer-centric approaches, creative problem solving of complex business issues through analytics, data driven insights, organizational skills, and sound judgment. Strong communication skills, executive presence and cross-functional collaboration skills to influence senior leaders across a highly-matrixed organization are a must.
What You'll Do
- Work with Product Marketing to build a campaign strategy and campaign plan crafted to support and accelerate customer journeys
- Raise awareness and drive demand for the Yext platform and solutions through an integrated campaign approach across various channels and activities
- Make data-driven recommendations and drive cross-functional improvements and regularly improve campaign efficacy
- Build scalable, repeatable campaign playbooks, with the ability to customize by geo/vertical/customer segment
- May manage 1-2 individual contributors, contractors, and/or external agencies
- See around corners, and take a proactive, collaborative approach to overcoming barriers/roadblocks
- Manage the media mix within your campaigns and constantly optimize across all channels to grow awareness of Yext, acquire new contacts and accelerate customer journeys
- Drive customer engagement throughout all points of the inbound marketing funnel and work with shared services teams to implement: contact acquisition, paid and owned media, website optimization, email nurture, and pipeline acceleration programs.
- Evaluate our market and funnel stages to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Enable business development team on lead follow up and ensure alignment to campaign strategies
- Create customer journeys and roadmaps that build the activation funnel, reactivation strategies, and customer engagement experiences
- Drive alignment on all programs across stakeholder teams including Marketing, Sales and Product
- Partner with go-to-market operations on dashboards, reporting, lead scoring, audience segmentation, user insights and demand opportunities
- Work with content and product marketing teams to create content roadmaps and results needed to achieve campaign strategies and goals
- Deep dive into program results and sales feedback to understand lead quality and conversion and incorporate findings into campaign investments
- Measure, track, and clearly communicate performance of all programs
- Communicate takeaways and find ways to scale wins
What You Have
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- 10-15 years of experience in role or domain
- Deep knowledge of customer journeys, campaign strategies, and the role of demand generation in advancing customer journeys
- Very data-driven and know how to measure impact with a team that thrives on accountability and measurability
- Problem solver and builder at heart who can comfortably multitask and move things forward regardless of resources or roadblocks
- Can create a strategic vision and communicate in a way that motivates stakeholders, communicates a vision, and builds buy-in
- Understanding of commercial and technical audiences and how to tailor programs to their unique needs
- Expertise in developing and implementing demand generation strategies and roadmaps across all marketing channels
- Demonstrated capability in creative problem solving of complex business issues through analytics, data driven insights, organizational skills, and sound judgment
- Proven clear and effective communication with technical and business leaders at all levels within large enterprises and across Product, Marketing, and Sales organizations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to completion
- Expertise in lead production and optimizing lead quality based on results and feedback loops
- Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage, and a shown history of improving funnel conversion
- Demonstrated experience working in, with, and across key marketing functions to ensure well-rounded campaign assembly - AR, PR, Product and Solution Marketing, Customer Marketing, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing, Operations, etc
- Expert understanding of partnering with sales to create, refine, and measure campaign success
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple messages

The base salary at the time of hire for this position is expected to be between $171,900 - $287,000. Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
