This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior HRIS Analyst based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to support and optimize critical HR technology systems across a large, multi-location organization.
You will play a key part in improving HR operations by managing, enhancing, and supporting HRIS platforms that impact employees across multiple regions.
The position combines technical expertise, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams.
You will contribute to system reliability, compliance, data accuracy, and a seamless employee experience through innovative HR technology solutions.
This is a remote opportunity with occasional travel, ideal for an experienced HRIS professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and driving continuous improvement.

Accountabilities:
The Senior HRIS Analyst will be responsible for managing and enhancing HR systems while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective support for business operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Support, maintain, and enhance HRIS platforms, including system configuration, troubleshooting, administration, and ongoing production support.
- Manage key HR system functions such as timekeeping, pay rules, accruals, security access, and employee data management.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Operations, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and improve HR processes.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, implementations, reporting initiatives, project planning, and change management activities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and help optimize HR technology capabilities.
- Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guidance to support system adoption and effective usage.
- Ensure HR systems support organizational needs while maintaining data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay informed on evolving HR technology trends and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with HRIS platforms, including system configuration and administration.
- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management.
- Knowledge of timekeeping processes, pay rules, accrual management, security access, and HR/payroll operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Experience supporting HR technology in a multi-site manufacturing, industrial, or similarly complex environment is preferred.
- Experience with union or collective bargaining agreement configurations is a plus.
- Familiarity with U.S. HR regulations and payroll processes is preferred.
- Experience with reporting and automation tools such as Power BI or Power Automate is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, adaptability, and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional proficiency in English required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
