Senior HVAC Residential Service Technician

Job Description: Position: Senior Residential HVAC Service Technician Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour depending on experience + spiffs and commission Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 7:00am or 8:00am start time to 4:00pm or 5:00pm What you will be doing: • Service and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment • Diagnosing and repairing equipment • Apprentice ride a-longs • Customer Service • Education customers on our maintenance program and Indoor Air Quality options • Consult with customer on repair and replacements • Dispatched from home via Service Titan Required Qualifications: • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record • 5+ years of residential service experience • EPA Certified • Customer service oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication in English • Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook Heartland Home Service is an equal opportunity employer.
