The Senior Imagery & GEOINT Analyst will analyze imagery and geospatial data produce intelligence products and collaborate with team members requiring expertise in advanced geospatial tools and a deep understanding of intelligence workflows.

Job Description
BAE Systems is looking for seasoned Imagery / Geospatial Analyst excited to provide vital analysis in support of our customer's mission(s). The selected candidate shall provide mission support services as described below as an embedded analyst. This hybrid role comprised of advanced level Geospatial and Imagery expertise will employ individuals who are adept at using both imagery and geospatial tools and are able to integrate geospatial intelligence all-source intelligence and open-source intelligence in their fused analysis.
Day to day the Analysts will perform imagery research and analysis by researching current and historical softcopy imagery which may include researching appropriate databases for amplifying information and producing standard imagery analysis products. Obtain softcopy and commercial imagery-related products in response to customer needs. Utilize available imagery multi-INT and other source customer data stores to exploit identify monitor and analyze existing and emerging trends dynamic events and solve intelligence problems. Utilize the full suite of imagery analysis tools and utilize geospatial information systems as necessary. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of counterterrorism issues and geospatial techniques producing finished imagery-derived intelligence products reports and assessments. This position requires regular collaboration with other analysts and end-user customers.
NOTE: This position is funded immediately therefore we expect individuals to start ASAP.
Required Education Experience & Skills

• 8 or more focused years of experience in imagery and geospatial analysis & exploitation with a minimum of 10 or more total years of experience in the Intelligence Community at the national level and/or military operational level. Some experience can be supplemented with a relevant customer approved degree.
• Must have completed a certified imagery schoolhouse course attaining Imagery/GEOINT MOS with the Department of War or completed an approved Intelligence Agency advanced Imagery & GEOINT course.
• Demonstrated experience in targeting and precision point mensuration.
• Demonstrated knowledge of soft copy exploitation functionalities.
• Superior oral and written communication skills with ability to brief or present to government stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to use RemoteView IEC NES Cedalion and common office software to include PowerPoint presentations spreadsheets word processing and advanced knowledge of the intelligence collection process.
• Intermediate to advanced level experience in ArcGIS Pro or similar GIS software
• Strong multi-modal imagery exploitation.
• Ability to work independently in a very dynamic and demanding work environment.
• Must possess a TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Polygraph if necessary.
• Ability to obtain and maintain GPC-F and IA-II certifications.

Preferred Education Experience & Skills

• Current GPC-F or PL-II certifications
• Degree in a field relevant to GEOINT operations.
• Currently possesses additional clearances.
• Advanced level experience using ESRI ArcGIS Pro and extensions for analytical support.
• Experience with Structured Observation Management Tools.
• Experience using creating updating and/or maintaining geodatabases.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96623 - $164259
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to: business considerations local market conditions and internal equity as well as candidate qualifications such as skills education and experience.
