Senior Implementations Engineer, Enterprise & Strategic

This role is responsible for leading and executing complex enterprise client implementations from onboarding through go-live, ensuring successful adoption and maximizing value for clients. The Senior Implementations Engineer will collaborate closely with Sales, Presales, Customer Success, and Product teams to design, architect, and implement tailored solutions that meet client needs. You will provide technical consulting, solve integration challenges, oversee project timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery while driving revenue activation. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong technical expertise in SaaS platforms, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across all levels, including C-suite executives.
