Senior Intelligent Automation Engineer

This role is designed for a highly skilled automation professional who can bridge deep technical expertise with client-facing consulting impact. You will lead end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation solutions, helping enterprise clients move from fragmented automation initiatives to scalable, production-grade systems. The work spans RPA, IDP, workflow orchestration, conversational AI, and broader agentic automation capabilities. You will operate in a fast-paced, international consulting environment where ownership, autonomy, and client trust are essential. Beyond delivery, you will act as a technical advisor, shaping solution design and guiding strategic decisions. This position combines hands-on engineering leadership with project ownership and strong stakeholder engagement. It is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, architecture, and business transformation.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of intelligent automation projects while ensuring technical excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with business objectives.

• Lead end-to-end automation project workstreams, managing scope, timelines, budget, and delivery quality across client engagements
• Design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions using technologies such as RPA, IDP, BPM, workflow orchestration, and conversational AI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to deliver scalable and effective solutions
• Analyze business processes and technical requirements to identify automation opportunities and define solution approaches
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and acting as a trusted advisor
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis, technical feasibility, and industry best practices
• Ensure continuous improvement of automation frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards
• Stay current with emerging trends in automation, AI, and digital transformation to inform solution design and innovation

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on automation experience combined with consulting, delivery leadership, and client engagement skills.

• 4+ years of experience in intelligent automation, with strong hands-on expertise in UiPath
• Proven track record of delivering and managing automation projects in client-facing or consulting environments
• Strong understanding of RPA, workflow automation, and related technologies such as IDP, BPM, or conversational AI
• Experience in software development or scripting languages such as Python, Java, or VB.NET is a plus
• Ability to analyze complex processes and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Strong project management skills with experience handling scope, timelines, and delivery responsibilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted client relationships
• Familiarity with additional tools such as Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Celonis, or low-code platforms is a plus
• UiPath certification or willingness to obtain it is highly valued
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think both strategically and technically
