Senior JavaScript Software Engineer - React

This role is centered on building high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven web applications within a distributed, enterprise-level engineering environment. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust digital solutions. The position involves full ownership of frontend architecture and development using JavaScript and React, with a strong focus on maintainability, scalability, and user experience. You will contribute to designing system components, improving engineering practices, and ensuring high technical standards across the codebase. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications using JavaScript and React.
• Contribute to component architecture, ensuring high standards of code quality, reusability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices.
• Participate in defining engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing, and source control workflows.
• Implement and maintain data storage solutions and integrate with backend and cloud services.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience as a software engineer in production environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and React for building modern web applications.
• Solid experience working in agile development environments.
• Deep understanding of Git and version control workflows (pull requests, code reviews).
• Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies (unit, integration, and e2e testing).
• Hands-on experience with databases and cloud-based environments.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automation, and modern deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on real-world software delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (professional proficiency required).
• Experience with headless CMS solutions (e.g., Sanity) is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in distributed, client-facing engineering teams.
