This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (Crypto Casino) based in Switzerland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced legal professional to shape the legal foundations of a fast-growing business operating at the intersection of iGaming, Web3, and digital innovation. You will play a strategic role in managing corporate legal matters, negotiating complex commercial agreements, and supporting business growth across multiple jurisdictions. Working in a dynamic, remote-first environment, you will collaborate closely with compliance teams and external partners while serving as a trusted legal advisor to internal stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startups, enjoys building legal frameworks from the ground up, and is comfortable taking ownership of high-impact initiatives with minimal supervision.

Accountabilities:

As a senior member of the legal function, you will oversee a broad range of corporate and commercial legal activities while supporting the organization's expansion across international markets.

  • Manage corporate entity formation, restructuring, inter-company agreements, and ongoing corporate governance activities across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, B2B, marketing, contractor, and partnership contracts.
  • Develop legal documentation, contract templates, policies, reports, and standardized legal processes from the ground up.
  • Oversee intellectual property management, including trademark registrations and coordination with external legal agents.
  • Provide timely legal guidance to internal business teams on commercial and operational matters.
  • Partner closely with compliance teams, corporate service providers, and external legal advisors to ensure regulatory and corporate compliance.
  • Identify legal risks, escalate key issues appropriately, and recommend practical business-focused solutions.
  • Support ongoing legal operations while contributing to the development of scalable legal frameworks for future growth.
  • Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong corporate legal expertise with hands-on commercial contracting experience in highly regulated, international industries. You should be comfortable working independently while supporting fast-moving business initiatives.

    • Law degree with qualification to practice in a relevant jurisdiction.
    • Minimum of 5 years of legal experience, including significant senior-level responsibility.
    • Extensive experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts across multiple business areas.
    • Strong background in corporate law within multi-jurisdictional environments.
    • Previous experience in the iGaming industry, or alternatively within fintech or payments.
    • Excellent understanding of corporate governance, commercial law, and legal risk management.
    • Proven ability to build legal processes, documentation, and frameworks independently.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent written and spoken English.
    • Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Benefits:

      • Fully remote full-time position with flexible work arrangements.
      • Opportunity to build and shape legal operations within an innovative, high-growth business.
      • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies across Web3, crypto, gaming, and iGaming.
      • High level of ownership and direct influence on strategic legal decisions.
      • Collaborative, ambitious, and fast-paced startup culture.
      • 28 days of paid time off, plus applicable public holidays based on your country of residence.
      • Opportunity to work alongside experienced international professionals on complex cross-border legal matters.
