Senior-Level Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician – Top Talent Wanted!

This is not a residential or entry-level position — we are hiring atrue commercial expertwho can work independently, solve problems efficiently, and represent our company with professionalism. Pay & Benefits: • $30 – $40/hrdepending on experience • Company-providedtruck, tools (recovery machine, vacuum pump, torches), and fuel card • Medical, dental, and visioninsurance • 401(k) • Paid time offandpaid holidays • Year-round, full-time work • Ongoingtraining and advancement opportunities Job Responsibilities: • Diagnose and repairwalk-in coolers/freezers, ice machines, RTUs, and other commercial refrigeration/HVAC equipment • Performpreventative maintenanceand system inspections • Install and commission commercial HVAC/R systems as needed • Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues • Maintain accurate service records and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers • Participate in on-call rotation and respond to urgent service needs Required Qualifications: • Minimum 5 yearsof hands-on experience incommercial HVAC/R service(residential-only experience does not qualify) • EPA Universal Certification(required) • Strong knowledge ofrefrigeration systems, controls, electrical diagnostics, brazing, and system charging • Experience with commercial brands (Hoshizaki, Manitowoc, Scotsman, Carrier, Trane, etc.) • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work in varying conditions • Trade school or technical certification preferred Other Skills Needed: • Refrigerant recovery • Brazing / Soldering • Preventative maintenance • Compressor replacement • Walk-in cooler repair • Ice machine service • RTU diagnostics • Low voltage wiring • Troubleshooting HVAC • Refrigeration systems • Control boards • Condenser coils • Electrical diagnostics Schedule: • Monday to Friday • Occasional weekends and overtime • On-call rotation If you’re a top-tier commercial HVAC/R technician ready to join a company that values your experience and supports your career, we want to hear from you!
