This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Marketing Strategy based in Canada.
This is a senior-level marketing leadership role focused on building and executing integrated, multi-channel campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and meaningful impact across national health initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in translating organizational priorities into cohesive, insight-led brand and fundraising strategies that resonate with diverse audiences across Canada. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns spanning digital, media, creative, and content ecosystems. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring someone comfortable operating in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned, effective, and continuously optimized. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening brand presence, improving campaign performance, and advancing public health outcomes. This is a highly collaborative role with both strategic influence and operational ownership.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, ensuring alignment across brand, fundraising, communications, media, and analytics teams. You will act as a key strategic partner in shaping annual planning while also driving hands-on delivery across multiple high-visibility campaigns.
- Support and partner with senior leadership in annual brand strategy and integrated campaign planning
- Lead the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns across digital, media, creative, and content channels
- Translate organizational and fundraising priorities into cohesive, insight-driven campaign strategies
- Develop campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and content calendars to guide creative and media execution
- Manage end-to-end campaign delivery including production, approvals, trafficking, translation, and budget oversight
- Lead and coordinate external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with objectives
- Oversee performance tracking, KPI definition, and optimization in partnership with analytics and media teams
- Drive real-time campaign adjustments based on performance insights and market conditions
- Lead cross-functional alignment across internal teams and external partners throughout campaign lifecycles
- Own post-campaign performance reporting and ensure insights are integrated into future planning cycles
- Manage and develop talent, providing coaching, feedback, and performance leadership to support team growth
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally with a focus on integrated 360° campaign development
- Proven experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, media, and traditional channels
- Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable campaign plans and creative direction
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including media, analytics, communications, and fundraising or revenue teams
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and audience segmentation
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to optimize campaign performance
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and external agency partners
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Creative and strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Experience in not-for-profit or mission-driven environments is considered an asset
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 – $125,000 CAD
